I attended a "ear wax removal" appointment earlier today and am delighted with the friendly and professional service I received. Due to the lock down I had been suffering from a build up of wax over a few months exacerbated by my having a relatively narrow ear canal. Susan was patient and thorough taking her time to clear and clean my ears thoroughly causing no discomfort whatsoever - altogether a 'dare I say' relaxing and painless experience. Having suffered permanent overnight hearing loss in one ear I was naturally very worried. Sarah has been very helpful and given me excellent support in minimising the impact of this loss. She has recommended and fitted a very good hearing aid and has monitored and advised on how I may make the most of it. The care , professionalism , skill and attention has been exemplary . Really appreciate the help and support of the team at Chester Hearing. They helped me with a particularly difficult ear cleaning, that has been causing me issues with my hearing for a long while.
